Personal Description

My name is Ryan Patricolo, I am a 23-year-old male from Ringwood, New Jersey, and graduated from Manhattan College after four years in May 2022 from which I received a bachelor's degree in Communications with a concentration in Advertising and a Minor in Film. After living in the Bronx for the last four years in my own apartment, I really grew attached to New York City and consider it to be my home even though I am from New Jersey. My biggest strengths are my creativity, my intuition, my passion, my determination, and my writing abilities. I love reading novels, my favorite author is Neil Gaiman, and I love writing my own stories and scripts. I also love the process of filmmaking and have worked on multiple sets, a link to my IMBD page can be found in the "Contact Me" section of my website and a list of the films I've worked on can be found in the projects section. I have a true passion for writing and filmmaking and hope to be a successful writer someday, however, I also love the creative side of advertising which is why I chose to pursue a degree in it. My father has worked in marketing his entire life and my brother works in advertising. I have seen what they do close up for an extended period of time and have always found it very interesting and can see myself pursuing a career in it. My mother, on the other hand, has embedded in me a love for travel. She backpacked across Europe and Australia when she was about my age after she graduated from college and now works for a travel agency called Flight Center, so I could also see myself pursuing a job that utilizes my strengths and skills and also involves me traveling or even relocating to a different country. At this point in my life, there is much I want to accomplish and many possible paths for me to take, any of which I am looking forward to taking with passion.
